Both plans include an initial consultation with an attorney, a comprehensive trademark search, an attorney opinion letter, and post-search attorney consultation. The search + filing plan also includes our preparation and filing of a federal trademark application for up to 2 classes of goods/services plus responses to non-substantive Offices Actions issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

For all trademark application filings, including under the search + filing plan, the total cost billed to you will include applicable government filing fees. The total amount of those government fees depends on various factors, including whether you are currently using the trademark and how many classes of goods or services you are registering. The below search + filing pricing only applies to trademarks that you are currently using in commerce in the United States for up to 2 classes of goods/services.
